Making Native Impressions with ecoartist, Lucy Keshavarz was the subject of our April 23, 2016 Cultural Conversation. Lucy presented to two classrooms at Hidden Oaks Middle School earlier this year with her Native Impressions and then we followed up with a session at the Court House Cultural Center for the public to celebrate Earth Day. To see that presentation, a combination of presentation and Inspired By interview with host, Nancy Turrell, executive director of the Arts Council of Martin County, watch the video.

The Arts Council  became an advocate for ecoart with the launch of our ecoart apprentice program in 2007 and we have continued to nurture the topic from that point forward. Learn more by watching this video and then dream of what can be when you marry the creative power of an artist with finding solutions to the things that hurt our environment.
